What is the Pizza By The Pond (PBTP) Experience?
The Pizza By The Pond Experience is a 3-4 hour, 4-course PRIVATE dining intimate and immersive experience with you, your group and Chef Kellie. Nobody else! This is a place for special occasions! Available START times: Lunch 12pm or Dinner 4-6PM: Food is served 1 hour after arrival. Immersed in nature with an 8,000 gallon Japanese koi fish pond and waterfalls. A backyard micro farm with an organic garden, bee hives, chickens and fruit trees. Chef Kellie as your host and private chef.

How much does this PBTP Experience cost?
$80 per person. Not including tax and tip. Prepaid by Venmo or Zelle. Please tip after service- Venmo, Zelle or Cash
4-8 guests is best for this intimate experience. Parties of 2 on weekdays or on request.
Larger groups are welcome to rent the Patio Oasis for their private parties.

What's on the PBTP Menu?
The Full Experience includes 1. Sampler of 3 garden-crafted mocktails- including Blue Dream, Lands End Lemonade & Purple Haze. 2. Organic Queen's House Salad- Multi-Ingredients 3. Chef KJ's Signature Garlic Noodles 4. Variety of pizzas 5. Locally made gelato and handmade hot cookies from the pizza oven. The 4 courses are served Family Style which means that all the food is shared with your group. This is NOT an experience for picky eaters.
Can you accommodate Dietary Restrictions?
We offer vegetarian, Gluten Free and Dairy Free options. The Garlic Noodles have oyster sauce, fish sauce, honey, parmesan & butter. (Chef Kellie will try to accommodate, but the original recipe will be compromised and will not taste as chef intended especially if asking for Vegan.) Vegan orders only for 2 or more.
Beverage Menu?
We are the only MEHKO in California with a Beer and Wine license. We offer local canned beer and wine by the bottle. You can BYOB Beer and Wine for $5/ guest. Hard liquor is not allowed!! We offer handcrafted mocktails, specialty teas including chai tea, specialty sodas, espresso, sparkling water Bring your own water bottles. We don’t serve water.
What's the Reservation Process?
Pizza By The Pond Reservation Process To reserve your Pizza By The Pond Experience, we recommend starting at least ONE month in advance. The entire reservation process must be completed **no later than two weeks before your event date**. Most hosts complete everything within a week. **Chef Kellie works directly with one designated Host via email only.** Having one organized point of contact helps make the planning process smooth and efficient. ### Reservation Steps **1. Choose Your Date & Time** Coordinate with Chef Kellie to find an available date. **2. Complete the Guest Reservation Form** Provide your guest list, dietary restrictions, special occasion, estimated number of vehicles, and other event details. **3. Have All Adult Guests Sign the Waiver** Every guest age 18 or older must complete the online Hold Harmless Agreement before the event. **4. Pre-Order Your Food & Drinks** Select your pizzas and beverages—or let Chef Kellie create a chef's selection for your group. **5. Submit Payment** Pre-payment is accepted by Venmo or Zelle. Gratuity is paid on the day of your experience. **6. Receive Your Guest Information Packet** You'll receive the address, parking instructions, arrival details, patio guidelines, and recommended attire. If you're ready to commit to the reservation process and complete each step by the deadlines, simply email Chef Kellie to get started. We look forward to hosting you!
Cancellation Policy?
More than 14 days before the event: All payments will be refunded. 7 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued. Arrangements can be made for food to be picked up, delivered the week of the reservation.
