The Patio Oasis is a private MEHKO dining venue and is not open to the general public. Access is reserved exclusively for individuals who have a direct connection to Chef Kellie—this includes personal acquaintances, former or existing customers, warm referrals, and those who have already received an invitation.
Our guest-vetting approach is inspired by the longstanding Japanese tradition of Ichigensan Okotowari, which allows entry only to trusted clientele. This practice aligns with the nature of the experience, as The Patio Oasis is located in the backyard of Chef Kellie’s home.
Each month, Chef Kellie selects a limited number of applicants from the Waitlist to receive formal invitations. Submission of this application does not guarantee an invitation—much like a job application process. If selected, you will be contacted directly via email.
