Park in designated parking only. Go to the gate on the driveway. Ring the gate doorbell. Wait to be greeted. Sign In upon entering. Do not ring doorbell before the specified time.
Hold Harmless Waiver
To help us host events safely and responsibly, we ask all guests ages 18+ to complete a Hold Harmless Waiver. This is a standard requirement for our venue and guest experiences.

Guests who have not submitted the waiver in advance may not be permitted to enter the property.
Check your email for the waiver confirmation, which you may need to show at the entrance.

Patio Oasis is in a residential neighborhood where parking is highly regulated.
Please park in the designated areas indicated on the Parking Map.
Do not park directly in front of any homes. Parking spots are approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the venue.

Watch your STEP. Be aware of uneven ground, loose dirt, bark, rocks & deck stairs

Stay on designated paths and use stepping stones.

Keep 3 feet away from all ponds, streams, and waterfalls.

Find the location of the two Emergency Exits.
DON’Ts

⛔ OFF LIMITS: Main house, Sheds, Storage units, Chicken Coop, Bee hives & Courtyard.

🐥🐔🐕🐠🐟 Don’t feed/disturb chickens, dogs or koi fish.

🐶 Our resident little fur babies, Richie & Boba are friendly, but don’t pick them up.

🙅 Hands off music speakers, iPads, outlets, extension cords, lighting, hoses & irrigation

🚫 No sitting ontop of tables. No standing on chairs. No running. No throwing anything.

🙅 Don’t pick flowers, fruits or vegetables.

🚭 No cigarette smoking/vaping on the property, including driveway.
