Gate Entrance

Park in designated parking spaces only.  See Parking map below.  Go to the gate on the driveway.  Ring the gate doorbell.  Wait to be greeted.  Do not ring doorbell before your reservation time.  If you are running late, the Host will want to text Chef Kellie.  There are no in and out privileges.

Hold Harmless Waiver

To help us host events safely and responsibly, we ask all guests ages 18+ to complete a Hold Harmless Waiver. This is a standard requirement for our venue and guest experiences.

If you have not completed the waiver, please use this link https://waiver.fr/p-YngNx.

​Guests who have not submitted the waiver in advance may not be permitted to enter the property. 

Check your email for the waiver confirmation, of which you may need to show to Chef Kellie.

Dress Attire

Dress for the Pleasant Hill, CA weather forecast — Think casual farm-style outdoor.

It can be sunny & HOT in the afternoon and CHILLY in the evening.​  Be PREPARED!  The show will go on Rain or Shine except for parties of 8+.

Water Bottles  

Bring your own water bottles, if desired.  We don't provide tap water or ice as we are a Certified Green Business.

 

Photos/Videos  

We’ll be capturing moments for social media. If you prefer not to be photographed or video'd, please let Chef Kellie know in advance.  Here are some videos of our guests enjoying this special experience.

 

Boba & Richie

Our friendly little greeter dogs may be present to say hello.  Let Chef Kellie know in advance if you have any concerns about her fur babies, so she can make other arrangements for them.

Patio Oasis Protocol- IMPORTANT

The #1 safety tip is Watch Your Step.  Scroll to the very bottom for the Dos & Don'ts of the Patio Oasis - Patio Protocol.  Parents please supervise your children!  

If you're bringing in gifts-absolutely NO GLITTER allowed on the property!  

 

Respectful Conversation

Please keep conversations respectful and refrain from discussing politics, religion, other divisive topics, or making sexual comments or innuendos. Chef Kellie doesn't mind the occasional colorful language when it's lighthearted and in good fun.

Reminder: Pizza By The Pond is hosted in Chef Kellie's private home. At Chef Kellie's sole discretion, guests who continue inappropriate or disruptive behavior may be required to leave the property immediately, and will not receive a refund.

The Flow

Cocktails (if applicable)→ Tour →Mocktails → Salad → Garlic Noodles → Pizzas → Dessert.  First course is served 60 minutes after arrival. This is a slower, intentional private dining experience — come ready to relax, connect, savor and have fun.

 

Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before the event: All payments will be refunded.

• 7 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued.  Arrangements can be made for food to be picked up, delivered the week of the reservation.

Parking Spaces

Please park in front of Chef Kellie's house and in designated spots indicated in these photos.  The compact cars are more suited for spaces 1, 2 & 3.  If spaces 1-5 are taken, only then you may park in spaces 6 & 7.  

Park the entire car on the gravel or driveway.  Cars should not be parked or sticking out on the street.
